How to export conversations data from HubSpot

1. Install the Conversations Export HubSpot Integration

2. From your HubSpot Dashboard, click the Marketplace icon at the top of the screen

3. Click on Connected Apps

4. Click on Conversations Export from your list of Connected Apps

5. From the General Settings tab, click on the Open Exporter button

6. Click Add Export to queue a new data export

7. Choose your workspace, channel and optional date filter and click Export Conversations

Your export has started!

You will see an email when the export is ready with a download link.
